plot
The rulers of the Cartoon kingdom made the decision to release all the prisoners from the Alakazam jail, in order to give the antagonist the freedom they desire. Although, their actions started a huge controversy among their subjects. An antagonist, under the name of the Horned king appears and declares his desire to become the ruler of all antagonists.
