plot[]
The episode starts with Mike and Randall playing their own game- the game involves the two exchanging witty comments. Mike reveals that he occasionally visits the comedy club to perform on stage. This time, he takes Randall with him.
While performing on stage, Mike and Randall get into an argument, during which Randall unintentionally makes the audience laugh with his sarcasm. Enjoying the attention, Randall makes the decision to continue, while Mike starts to feel outshadowed. When Mike tells Sulley what happened, Sulley simply tells him to let Randall enjoy it.
Mike eventually reveals to Randall that he feels upstaged, while Randall tells him that he enjoyed the attention because this was the first time, since he moved in Movietown, that he did not feel despised. The two reconcile and the episodes finishes with the karaoke night in Mike and Celia's flat, that Sulley mentioned earlier.

- The title of the episode is a parody of the sitcom The golden girls.
- Bertie performing stand-up comedy, while wearing glasses is a reference to her actress Ali Wong, who is a stand-up comedian herself. The outfit Bertie was wearing during the scene is another reference- it looks similar to the outfit Wong wore in the special Baby cobra.
